Leapo ('we', 'us', 'our') is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it - in plain English. Leapo is currently operated by Saurav Kumar and Jenitha Justin, individuals based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This policy will be updated to reflect company details once Leapo is formally incorporated.

What information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the following:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your role at your college (e.g. TPO, HOD)
  • Your college name
  • Your city and state
  • The program you're interested in
  • Your batch size and preferred start date (optional)

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

Why we collect this information

We collect this information solely to respond to your enquiry about Leapo's programs and to prepare a program proposal tailored to your college. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your direct enquiry.

How we handle your data

Your enquiry data is processed through the following services:

  • Web3Forms (web3forms.com) - handles secure delivery of your form submission to our team. They do not store your data beyond delivery.
  • Hostinger Email — our email hosting service, used to receive and respond to your enquiry. Hosted at hostinger.com.

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months from the date of submission. If no active engagement has taken place within 12 months, your data is deleted from our records. If you become a partner college, your data is retained for the duration of our partnership and deleted within 30 days of partnership end.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data at any time
  • Withdraw consent for us to contact you

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@leapo.in with the subject line 'Data Request'. We will respond within 7 working days.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use basic performance cookies through our hosting provider (Vercel) and form submission cookies through Web3Forms when you use our contact form. We do not currently use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking or advertising tools. If this changes, we will update this policy and add a cookie notice to the website.
