Why Leapo
Leapo sessions are run by Saurav Kumar and Jenitha Justin — two software engineers currently at Zeta with years of experience mentoring students across engineering colleges in Karnataka. They've seen the same gap every time — hardworking students with no visibility into what product companies actually expect. Leapo exists to bridge that gap.
Our sessions feel like real-world engineering — live coding, system walkthroughs, and candid discussions about how interviews actually work. Students solve problems during the session, not after it. Every concept is tied to a real interview question or a real product scenario — never taught in isolation.
We design around your academic calendar — not the other way around. Bootcamps, workshops, and hackathons are scheduled around exam cycles and placement season. Sessions are available online, on-campus, or hybrid — so a semester break, an internal exam week, or a late-joining batch never derails the program.
Every module we run is anchored to one question — does this help a student clear a placement round? If not, it doesn't make it into the program.

We get on a call to understand your college — branch profile, student count, current placement percentage, academic calendar, and what your students struggle with most. This shapes everything that comes after.
Standalone workshop enquiries may skip this step and go straight to a proposal.
Within 3 working days of the discovery call, you receive a custom program proposal — modules, session schedule, delivery format (online + on-campus), cohort size, and start date. Nothing generic, nothing off-the-shelf.
Flagship program plans include a month-by-month roadmap for the full 12–18 month engagement.
We formalise the partnership with a signed Memorandum of Understanding between your college and Leapo. This agreement is itself documented evidence of an industry-institution collaboration — directly submittable under NAAC Criterion 3.
The MoU counts as an industry connect activity in your NAAC self-study report.
Before the first session, every student in the cohort takes a short diagnostic test — DSA basics, aptitude, and a self-assessment of career goals. This tells us exactly where each student stands so sessions are calibrated to the real starting point, not an assumed one.
Results are shared with the TPO as a cohort readiness report — useful baseline data for your own placement records.
Leapo delivers sessions on the agreed schedule — a mix of online classes and on-campus workshops. For the flagship program, this runs across 12–18 months with continuous 1:1 mentoring through placement season. For standalone workshops, sessions are delivered on the agreed date and wrapped up cleanly.
