Built from real experience. Delivered on real campuses.

Why Leapo
Why colleges choose Leapo.
Taught by working engineers, not training vendors
Leapo sessions are run by Saurav Kumar and Jenitha Justin — two software engineers currently at Zeta with years of experience mentoring students across engineering colleges in Karnataka. They've seen the same gap every time — hardworking students with no visibility into what product companies actually expect. Leapo exists to bridge that gap.
Beyond slides & theory
Our sessions feel like real-world engineering — live coding, system walkthroughs, and candid discussions about how interviews actually work. Students solve problems during the session, not after it. Every concept is tied to a real interview question or a real product scenario — never taught in isolation.
College-friendly formats
We design around your academic calendar — not the other way around. Bootcamps, workshops, and hackathons are scheduled around exam cycles and placement season. Sessions are available online, on-campus, or hybrid — so a semester break, an internal exam week, or a late-joining batch never derails the program.
Placement-focused outcomes
Every module we run is anchored to one question — does this help a student clear a placement round? If not, it doesn't make it into the program.
Taught from the inside, not the outside
Every Leapo trainer has worked inside a product company — shipping features, clearing interviews, reviewing code, and navigating the same career pressures your students are about to face. We teach from that experience, not from a curriculum designed around it.
Small by design
We accept a limited number of college partnerships each academic year so every batch gets our full attention. This is a deliberate choice — not a constraint.
Who we are
Meet your industry mentors.
Both active software engineers at a leading Indian fintech — bringing real interview experience, honest feedback, and industry perspective into every Leapo session.
Saurav has spent years mentoring engineering students across colleges in Karnataka — seeing firsthand the gap between classroom learning and what product companies actually test in interviews. He brings the same industry lens he uses daily at work directly into every Leapo session.
With close to 5 years of engineering experience across fintech and global banking, Jenitha brings a perspective that most training programs completely miss — what companies in banking tech and financial services actually look for. She specialises in mock interviews and placement preparation for students targeting the BFSI sector.
Every enquiry goes directly to our team — not a sales team.
Programs
Programs that prepare students for the leap.
Most training vendors run a few sessions and disappear. Leapo stays with your students — from 3rd year through their first offer letter.
Flagship program
Placement Readiness Program
We stay with your students until they leap — and land.
A structured 12–18 month engagement that begins in 3rd year and runs through final year placements. Leapo becomes your college's embedded placement preparation partner — combining online sessions, on-campus workshops, and continuous 1:1 mentoring until every student in the cohort lands an offer.
Online sessionsOn-campus workshops1:1 mentoring
Module 1: DSA & Problem Solving
Patterns, timed contests, and company-specific problem sets — built around what product companies actually ask.
Module 2: Web Development
Project-based learning using industry-relevant stack. Students build and ship, not just watch.
Module 3: Prompt Engineering + GenAI
Hands-on AI workflows, prompt design, and using GenAI tools responsibly in engineering work.
Module 4: Core CS Fundamentals
OS, DBMS, Computer Networks, OOP — the theory that interviewers still test, taught with real examples.
Module 5: System Design
Scalable thinking, architecture trade-offs, and whiteboarding practice for senior roles.
Module 6: Resume + LinkedIn
Profiles that get callbacks. We review, rewrite, and optimise every student's resume and LinkedIn.
Module 7: Mock Interviews
Recorded mock interviews with detailed feedback — technical and behavioural, every round type covered.
Module 8: Placement Mentoring
Ongoing 1:1 guidance through application season — company research, offer decisions, and everything in between.

How it works
From first call to first offer letter.
A transparent, structured process — whether you're bringing Leapo in for a single workshop or a full placement program.
1Both tracks
Reach out — takes 2 minutes
Fill the contact form or WhatsApp us directly with your college name and what you're looking for. No long forms, no gatekeeping. Our team responds within 24 hours.
Not sure which program fits? Just say hello — we'll figure it out together.
2Both tracks
30-minute discovery call
We get on a call to understand your college — branch profile, student count, current placement percentage, academic calendar, and what your students struggle with most. This shapes everything that comes after.
Standalone workshop enquiries may skip this step and go straight to a proposal.
3Both tracks
We send a tailored program plan
Within 3 working days of the discovery call, you receive a custom program proposal — modules, session schedule, delivery format (online + on-campus), cohort size, and start date. Nothing generic, nothing off-the-shelf.
Flagship program plans include a month-by-month roadmap for the full 12–18 month engagement.
4Flagship onlyNAAC Criterion 3 evidence
Sign the MoU — your college's first NAAC win
We formalise the partnership with a signed Memorandum of Understanding between your college and Leapo. This agreement is itself documented evidence of an industry-institution collaboration — directly submittable under NAAC Criterion 3.
The MoU counts as an industry connect activity in your NAAC self-study report.
5Both tracks
Student diagnostic assessment
Before the first session, every student in the cohort takes a short diagnostic test — DSA basics, aptitude, and a self-assessment of career goals. This tells us exactly where each student stands so sessions are calibrated to the real starting point, not an assumed one.
Results are shared with the TPO as a cohort readiness report — useful baseline data for your own placement records.
6Both tracks
Sessions run — we stay until it's done
Leapo delivers sessions on the agreed schedule — a mix of online classes and on-campus workshops. For the flagship program, this runs across 12–18 months with continuous 1:1 mentoring through placement season. For standalone workshops, sessions are delivered on the agreed date and wrapped up cleanly.
Flagship: Monthly sessions + weekly check-ins + 1:1 mentoring until every student is placed
Standalone: Single session or multi-day event, fully facilitated by the Leapo team
7Both tracksNAAC Criterion 5 ready
Placements happen. Report delivered.
Once the program cycle closes, Leapo delivers a complete placement activity report — attendance data, topics covered, industry-expert interaction logs, assessment scores, and placement outcomes. Formatted and ready for your NAAC Criterion 5 documentation.
Placement %, skill development hours, and industry-expert interactions — all documented.
For the flagship program, this report covers the full engagement. For standalone workshops, a session summary report is delivered within 5 working days.
Just need a standalone workshop?
Steps 1 → 2 → 3 → 5 → 6 → 7. Skip the MoU — we send a simple confirmation email instead. Most standalone workshops are confirmed and scheduled within a week.
